5. Payment Terms

Delays in payment may result in paused services or termination.
Hosting and domain fees are billed separately and are non-refundable once paid.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom software and development services, SnapTech Solutions does not offer refunds once a project is initiated and work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any reasonable concerns.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the course of the project, including business details, client data, and proprietary processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapTech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or any agreement. In such cases, all outstanding payments will become due immediately.
