Service & Maintenance

At Purpose Coffee we recognise just how important coffee machines are in the workplace – an out of order machine prevents that much needed caffeine boost and consequently can have an affect on staff morale. Equally, as with most mechanical equipment, they too require care and attention to keep them in excellent condition. That’s why we are committed to delivering second to none aftercare on coffee machines carried out by our trusted technicians that are qualified and skilled to handle most types of coffee machines.
We have 3 main service plans depending on your needs:

1. Fully Comprehensive Service & Maintenance Cover

The Fully Comprehensive Service & Maintenance Cover is the highest level of cover available, giving you complete peace of mind should anything happen to your coffee machine. Whether you have several machines or just one machine you can take out this cover for 1, 2 or 3 years at a time.
This cover includes all technical phone support, callouts and labour for repair visits on your coffee machine. If you purchase a machine through us, the Cover will also include a one-year parts warranty.

2. Preventative Maintenance Cove

It is vital for any coffee machine to stay in sound working condition to be serviced at least once or better yet, twice in a calendar year – in some instances it will void manufacturers warranty if you do not carry out this ‘MOT’. Our clients can expect excellent treatment on their coffee machines with our Preventative Maintenance Cover choosing either an Essential or Premium option.
Our Essential option is an inspection service adhering to the recommended manufacturer’s specifications. The inspection service means your machine will receive a full health check-up, testing of parts and maintenance service of the machine. We will recommend any parts if it needs replacing and if requested, our technicians will be happy to fix it. Customers will also be issued with a detailed service report for their record.
The option of Premium encompasses an additional layer of protection ensuring the machine is inspected and tested twice a year and comes with a full deep clean service on the machine per visit.

3. Single Repair Service

We understand that a non-working coffee machine is disruptive to customer and employee satisfaction or even lost revenue. Our fully trained technicians are able to repair most makes and models of coffee machines and with our flexible callouts we take appointments 7 days-a-week. Using the short form below, let us know if your machine stops working and we’ll coordinate a technician to visit your site.
Our process is to first examine your machine from top to bottom diagnosing any problems. If it’s possible to fix the same day, we’ll be happy to carry out the work on site with your permission otherwise, we may book a return appointment once we have received the correct manufacturer’s parts. Alternatively, we may request to fix your machine back at our fully equipped workshop. We are aware that if it’s the latter, you will probably want a stand-in machine and can discuss this as an option whilst we carry out the work.
